this version 3.8.4 Pacth Level 2

i not upgrade to 4.0.1 coz vb 4 so many bug is not run normal many plugins not support

and ifu make little mistake the vb 4 got error database and must to resintalling again to fix

and vb 4 so hard to modifiyin the skin.

Im, running a vb but im in 3.8.1 version.
sir anar is right 4 vb version has so many bugs and it's really hard to modify. Plus only few plug in can suit to that version coz it's still under beta
